Our mission is to provide support, services, and education regarding domestic abuse or violence, women's health issues, including mental health as well as to promote awareness, prevention, and advocacy within our low and moderate income communities.

We strive to create a safe and empowering environment where individuals and families can heal and thrive, free from the cycle of violence while improving one’s physical and mental health. We have coalesced a myriad of circumstances and opportunities to define and carry forward our purpose.

About The Founder

Karen Denise

Goldnbronze aka Karen Denise is a retired nurse of 43 years, also a Realtor ® and entrepreneur of 19 years who is a domestic abuse survivor herself, now a thriver. She is a mother of two daughters and a grandmother to 3 grandchildren. She has always had the passion in her heart to do something for women in domestic violence and abusive situations because she has lived that life most of her adult life and when she finally was able to get from under that snare, she found herself working two, sometimes two and a half jobs to provide for herself and her children. Although she possessed the passion for it, she didn’t have the time at that time, put kept it close to her heart and told most of her friends that this was a desire that she really wanted to pursue because of the struggle, the lonely nights of not knowing what to do next, when, where or how to keep herself and her family moving forward. She felt providing for her family took precedence.

Goldnbronze retired from her long and successful nursing career on 01/01/2022, and began praying about starting this non-profit organization, and sat down and put her vision, the mission and purpose all together. Once she received confirmation that she should do it, she said the Lord put certain people on her heart to ask to voluntarily work with her on this project and they all said yes. All the ladies all have the same passionate demeanor for this purpose, cooperative spirit, loving hearts and to each other, to the team, and to those that we have committed to help. The cadre’ is willing to put in the work to make it a success and each one does so without complaints. The bonus of all of this is that we all have so much fun with whatever we are doing. We are a collective and more than that we are a sisterhood of women helping women.

Support and Counseling

At Golden Swan Cadre, we understand the importance of mental health and self-nurturing for women. We offer personalized support and referrals to counseling services to help women heal from the trauma of domestic abuse. Our team of experienced individuals is committed to providing a safe and confidential space for women to share their experiences and receive the support they need.

Education and Awareness

We believe that education and awareness are key in preventing domestic abuse and promoting women's health. Through workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, we strive to educate individuals and communities about the signs of domestic abuse, its impact on women, and the resources available for support. By raising awareness, we aim to create a society that is intolerant of domestic abuse and supportive of women's rights.

We collaborate with other organizations and participate in campaigns and initiatives that aim to address the systemic issues surrounding domestic abuse. By working together, we can create a stronger impact and bring about positive change for women across the country.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Are you looking for a speaker regarding domestic violence advocacy, women's health, women's mental health or self-care/mindfulness care? If so, reach out and let's have a conversation and collaborate.

Our organization adopts four families a year while they're in transition into a singular household. We'll help decor one room to offset the expense to the single mother. We're accepting donations of gently used furniture for these ladies and we'll do the rest with decorating the room of their choice.

Our organization will often been seen out in the communities that we serve, volunteering, making donations, contributions, advocating and carrying forward the purpose.

Meet the Board of Directors

Goldnbronze aka Karen Denise-CEO/Founder

Karen Denise is the visionary behind our organization, serving as both CEO and founder. Her leadership and passion have been instrumental in driving our success and growth. We are proud to have at the helm, guiding us towards a brighter future.

The CEO oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization with the assistance of the Executive Director, managing staff and developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that the organization is fulfilling its mission and meeting its goals. She serves as the public face of the organization, building relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders, and advocating for the organization's mission, vision, purpose and values. Additionally, she is responsible for the financial management, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Bianca Magnifique -Executive Director

Bianca D. Redic as the Executive Director of a this nonprofit organization is responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization with the CEO, assisting with the management of staff and volunteers, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that the organization is fulfilling its mission and meeting its goals. She also serves as the public face of the organization, building relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders, and advocating for the organization's mission, vision, purpose and values. Additionally, the Executive Director is responsible for assisting with the financial management, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and helping to maintain the organizational structure and success of the organization.

Gigi Spann-Administrative Secretary

Gigi Spann is the administrative secretary.
As the administrative secretary of a nonprofit organization, Gigi Spann is responsible for a wide range of duties assisting the board of directors. These may include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks as needed. Additionally, she may be responsible for assisting with coordinating fundraising efforts, and assisting with overseeing volunteer programs. Overall, the role of an administrative secretary is critical to the smooth operation of a nonprofit organization.
